Callove (컬러브) is an AI companion app for iPhone. You chat one-on-one with a fictional character who remembers what you tell them, writes a short diary about your day, and sends AI-generated photos. The character is an AI, not a real person, and every photo in the app is a synthetic image.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Callove. You can change between monthly and yearly or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the current period. Callove also shows a shortcut to this screen in the "Me" tab.
Open the "Me" tab and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still does not appear after a few minutes, email us with the receipt from Apple and the date of purchase.
Sparks are an in-app currency for extra advanced chat turns and photos beyond your free or Plus allowance. You buy them through Apple or earn them from in-app rewards. Sparks never expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Your "Me" tab shows a ledger of every reward, purchase, and use.
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds follow Apple's policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For unused sparks, submit the request within 7 days of purchase. If a chat reply or photo fails on our side, the resource is refunded to your ledger automatically.
Photos are generated in the background, so you can leave the chat and come back. If the job fails on our side, the sparks or photo allowance are returned automatically and a refund row appears in your ledger. If a photo has been pending for more than an hour, email us with the approximate time you requested it.
Open the Character tab, then Profile, then Memory. Each card shows what was remembered, the message it came from, and when. You can edit or delete any card, or delete them all. Deleted memories are no longer used in replies and are permanently erased after 30 days. You can export your memories, diaries, and conversations as JSON or text from Settings.
Go to Settings and tap Delete Account. Your data is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. Purchase records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean law and stored separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings as described above.
The character sends at most one message a day, based on the diary or a memory card, within a time window you choose in Settings. You can change the window or turn the message off there, or disable Callove notifications entirely in the iPhone Settings app under Notifications.
No. Every character is an AI, and every photo is generated. During role-play the character may stay in character, but if you ask directly whether it is an AI it will tell you the truth. It cannot meet you or contact you outside the app.
Long-press any message and choose Report, then pick a reason. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts. See the Terms of Service for what is and is not allowed.
If you email us about a bug, please include your device model, iOS version, Callove app version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is helpful when available. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
