Delete your Callove account

You can delete your Callove account and its data at any time, either inside the app or by sending us a request from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Callove, go to Me → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email from the address you want us to reply to. Include your Callove account ID (Me → Settings → About shows it) or, if you cannot open the app, the approximate date you started using Callove and the store you installed from (App Store or Google Play).

What is deleted

Your profile, characters, conversations, memories, diaries, generated photos and any photos you sent, notification settings, and device push tokens.
The link between your Callove account and your Apple or Google account.
Analytics data tied to your account identifier (deletion is requested from our analytics provider at the same time).

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records (product, store transaction identifier, date, amount) for as long as needed to prevent duplicate credits, restore eligible subscriptions, handle refunds or disputes, and meet legal retention requirements.
Operational log lines with a shortened, pseudonymous account identifier, which expire 90 days after they were written.

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID subscriptions or in the Google Play subscriptions center. Deletion is permanent; there is no recovery period. You can export your data first from Settings → Export.

Callove 계정은 앱 안에서 나 → 설정 → 계정 삭제로 바로 지울 수 있습니다. 앱을 열 수 없다면 위 이메일로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 계정 ID 또는 사용 시작 시기와 설치한 스토어를 적어 주시면 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 회신합니다. 프로필·대화·기억·일기·사진·기기 토큰과 Apple·Google 연동 정보가 삭제되며, 구매 기록은 중복 지급 방지·환불·법적 보존을 위해 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 계정 삭제는 구독을 해지하지 않으므로 먼저 스토어에서 구독을 해지해 주세요.
