TypeTune — Terms of Service

1. Service

TypeTune ("the app") is provided by devyan0. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription

• Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

3. License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its audio content.

4. Content

All music in the app is created and owned by the developer. It is licensed to you for personal listening within the app and may not be extracted, redistributed, or used in other works.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". It is a wellness aid, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
