Invime — Terms of Service

1. Service

Invime ("the app") is provided by devyan0. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription

• Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

3. License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.

4. Content

Ingredient information and fit analysis in Invime are generated with the help of AI, based on the product's ingredient list and the information you record. They are informational aids for organizing your own observations — not professional or medical advice, and not a diagnosis of skin conditions or allergies. Cosmetic formulations change; always check the actual product label before use. The experiences, routines, and notes you enter are yours; we claim no ownership of your content.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". It is a cosmetic-information aid, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a skin condition or a suspected allergy, consult a dermatologist.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
