Googogoal Terms of Use

Googogoal is an iOS app that helps you create goals and track small daily habits. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service

Googogoal provides goal creation, habit tracking, progress views, AI-assisted goal recommendations, and premium subscription features.

AI recommendations are for general planning support only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before making important decisions.

2. Free Features and Premium Subscription

Free users may use goal and tracking features within the limits shown in the app.
Premium subscribers may access premium features shown in the app, such as additional goals, AI recommendations, and insights.
Premium features may change as the product improves, but we will not unfairly remove core access that an active subscriber has already paid for.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription and Free Trial

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store in-app purchase.
The price, billing period, and any free trial shown in the app are confirmed on the App Store purchase sheet before payment.
If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
A subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
Refund requests are handled under Apple policies and procedures. Googogoal does not store your payment card or payment method details.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you enter into the app. You must not use the app in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Service Changes and Interruptions

Googogoal may improve, change, or discontinue features to maintain and improve the service. Some features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, or third-party service issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Googogoal provides tools that may support goal achievement, but it does not guarantee any specific result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Googogoal is not liable for indirect damages or decisions you make based on your use of the app.

7. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the app through the App Store may also be subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.
